  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details on proofs (spelling, dates, designs, layouts, etc.) before production.

  • We are not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer in the proof.

  • If a mistake occurs on our part that does not match the approved proof, we will correct or replace the item at no cost.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices listed on the site are subject to change without notice.

  • Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payments through our approved payment processors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout (where applicable).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the carrier.
